The FAST Shift Swap module facilitates cases of when a user had an unexpected event that makes them unable to work their scheduled shift, the user may be able to to swap shifts with other users through this module. This is to allow flexibility to meet both their work responsibilities and personal needs without having to sacrifice one or the other.
