To submit an intel collection form, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your FAST account.
   
   
2. Click DynamicIntelCollection in the left navigation bar. (update screenshots)
   
   
   
   
3. Select the relevant form.
   
   Note: A form is only going to appear in this section to you if it's been assigned to you by your relevant FAST admin.
   
   
   
   
4. Submit the form with the relevant fields. Fill out the form with the necessary information.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the Submit button.
   
   This will generate a message advising that the Form has submitted successfully. (add screenshot)
   
   Now the form has been submitted and it is stored on the FAST site. Another form can be submitted by the user now as necessary.
